Went in to drop off on the afternoon of 9/9/25. I had a couple of questions, and the woman working was so rude and condescending towards everything I said. All I can figure is that she didn't want to work and tried to scare me off with her attitude. It worked. Wasn't going to leave my dress with her. I'm a compassionate person and understand having a long day, but talking down to someone is just bad customer service. I'll be calling around to find someone else.
This was my first experience with Martinizing Cleaners and it was fantastic. They cleaned the suit and shirt ahead of schedule and the price was very fair.

Great job tailoring items and cleaning. I also use for repairs to jackets, buttons etc. Highly recommend.
Did a good job on cleaning and patch repairs, however came short with starching. I called specifically to see if they could do “welders or cowboy” starch on jeans and after being ensured they could I was charged $25 per pair for jeans that might have seen a light spray of starch on them.
