I have been into this store two times now. My first time in Martinizing Cleaners my expierence was not great but ok, the employee did not seem to care for her job and it showed in the way she interacted with me but I just went with it because I was not trying to make friends, I was getting a comforter cleaned. Took my dress for my son’s wedding in for alterations last minute and they got it done. I was so happy with their work. It was exactly what I asked for.

Overall, great experience. Shocked to see the cost of dry cleaning is through the roof! One dress, one men's shirt & dress pants, and 2 men's ties----$80

Never had a problem with the service or cleaning of my clothes. The lady who always works there (with glasses) has been extremely rude so many times I’ve gone in there. I have to say something now. I’m not here to hurt anyone’s business. But she needs to understand that some of us have very simple questions that are met with a huge inconvenience to her. Just rude and miserable. If she’s going through hard time, I get it. But this has been going on for a few years now.

Great service when I dropped off a small wool rug to get cleaned - was told it would take about 2-3 weeks because they send it out to get cleaned - time was correct and the service I received picking it up was great! Thank you!
