I love this cleaners! My first experience with a automated cleaners was in Florida a few years ago. How happy I am to see now that I have returned to Texas that things are progressing here just as rapidly. No lines ever when I go to drop off or pick up. Clothes are cleaned, hung properly, and ready to go in just a couple days. Very simple process and organized to complete your process with ease!

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the new owners. I had dropped my clothes off after the next-day finish time cutoff, therefore making the wait time two days. I needed my clothes urgently on the second day, and when I called the business, the helpful man assisted me by rushing my clothes back to the business after the plant finished cleaning them. I highly recommend YellowBag Cleaners in Arlington, Texas for anyone living, working, or commuting in that part of DFW Metroplex. Their service is top-notch! The self-service option makes drop-off and pick-up a breeze with just a few clicks, and the front staff is always welcoming and helpful — they make the whole process so easy. I usually find it difficult to drop off my clothes for cleaning due to my unusual work schedule. However, it was super convenient to drop off clothes at YellowBag after hours, and following the automated instruction. Additionally, I was thrilled and surprised by how quickly I'd have a customer representative ready to assist after hours. Overall, I had an amazing first experience, and looking forward to return soon again!

I have been using this company for the past 2 years upon recommendation of a friend. They have been so professional from day one. My clothes always gets taken care off in a timely manner and the drop off and pick up process is one of the easiest I had to deal with for a long time. Sometimes when I'm not available to pick up myself, they deliver my clothes straight to my house. All I can say is thank you for the amazing work y'all doing yellowbag, y'all one of the best if not the best dry cleaning services in the DFW area.
