We’ve used this dry cleaner numerous times with good results, but this last experience was really bad. I sent a dress that has a drawstring belt waist. They removed the belt from the cased opening for no reason-I’ve had this dress dry cleaned many times and no one has ever removed the belt. It took me 45 minutes and numerous “tools” found around the house to stuff the belt back into the waistline. I absolutely adore the do it yourself 24/7 service. But that was about the only thing. The only difference in my work shifted was they look like they’ve been ironed. Same stains, if not worse, on every shirt. And it costs $30 for 4 white button down shirts for the results to be like this?? I was very disappointed and have to go to a whole other dry cleaners to attempt to get these gross stains out. I won’t be going back unless I get too lazy to iron I guess. And want my clothes ironed 2 days later then ready for pickup.

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. I needed my dress shirt cleaned and press for a formal event the next day. The receptionist had to call the manager to confirm they could accommodate my request. She called me back and let me know they could and walked me through the process of dropping off the shirt. I received text notification early the next day to let me know my shirt was ready. Pick-up was easy and the price was lower than I expected. Having grown up seeing the Martinizing Cleaners name, I’ve long been familiar with the brand. I recently decided to give my local shop a try after driving past it, and I’m so glad I did. The first-time sign-up was seamless, and the kiosk bin system made dropping off my laundry incredibly simple. My clothes were ready ahead of schedule, and the 24/7 drop-off and pick-up is a total game-changer. We’ve officially found our new go-to cleaners.
