I love this cleaners! My first experience with a automated cleaners was in Florida a few years ago. How happy I am to see now that I have returned to Texas that things are progressing here just as rapidly. No lines ever when I go to drop off or pick up. Clothes are cleaned, hung properly, and ready to go in just a couple days. Very simple process and organized to complete your process with ease!

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the new owners. I had dropped my clothes off after the next-day finish time cutoff, therefore making the wait time two days. I needed my clothes urgently on the second day, and when I called the business, the helpful man assisted me by rushing my clothes back to the business after the plant finished cleaning them. I highly recommend YellowBag Cleaners in Arlington, Texas for anyone living, working, or commuting in that part of DFW Metroplex. Their service is top-notch! The self-service option makes drop-off and pick-up a breeze with just a few clicks, and the front staff is always welcoming and helpful — they make the whole process so easy. I’m sure they will work out the kinks in time, but they lost my clothes. After searching for several minutes I asked if I could look. I found them but they had someone else’s name on them. Then they couldn’t get my order to prompt for a credit card. So I overpaid in cash (they said they will put the overage in my account. The whole thing took almost 45 minutes to resolve. So much for which in and out. Adding salt in the wound, a jacket and slacks ran over $17.00.

I’m so impressed with the quality of service at this cleaners. My clothes came back looking brand new — perfectly pressed, fresh, and handled with real care. Even some stubborn stains I thought were hopeless were completely gone. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the turnaround time was faster than expected. This is now my go-to spot for all my dry cleaning and laundry needs. Highly recommend!
