It was my first time and after getting use yo the fully self serve experience using the kiosk, I was able to simply drop off and leave. I received notification for pick up and went back to the same kiosk to enter my info - the pick up was automated and I was able to do it in the evening as they are open 24 hours. Very convenient.

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. I needed my dress shirt cleaned and press for a formal event the next day. The receptionist had to call the manager to confirm they could accommodate my request. She called me back and let me know they could and walked me through the process of dropping off the shirt. I received text notification early the next day to let me know my shirt was ready. Pick-up was easy and the price was lower than I expected. I love this cleaners! My first experience with a automated cleaners was in Florida a few years ago. How happy I am to see now that I have returned to Texas that things are progressing here just as rapidly. No lines ever when I go to drop off or pick up. Clothes are cleaned, hung properly, and ready to go in just a couple days. Very simple process and organized to complete your process with ease!

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the new owners. I had dropped my clothes off after the next-day finish time cutoff, therefore making the wait time two days. I needed my clothes urgently on the second day, and when I called the business, the helpful man assisted me by rushing my clothes back to the business after the plant finished cleaning them.
