I have been a long-time customer of this place and genuinely enjoyed coming here. Even though the prices are a bit higher, I was happy to pay because the results used to be excellent. Recently, however, I’ve had two disappointing experiences. The first happened when my cashmere top was not cleaned properly (it still had sweat stains). I brought it back for a re-do, but when I returned to pick it up, they tried to charge me. Service is friendly and efficient. The tablecloths are too large for my machine so it was nice to hand them over to Martinizing Dry Cleaners. They came back in two days cleaned and folded. They were recommended by a friend who has used their service for a long time. I will continue to be a customer as well.
This is my second time ever using Martinizing Dry Cleaners. Evidently I like the service. The same day service for a press worked very well for me and the second press completion time is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Also., the price is affordable.
