The staff here are the kindest, most efficient I’ve yet to encounter at a dry cleaners. My items are often ready early and are returned in peak condition. They even consulted with me on how to restore a vintage jacket I found, and got skunk scent out of my favorite wool trench coat. I only go to this dry cleaner!
I’ve been very happy with this Martinizing Dry Cleaner. The staff are always kind and professional, they do an excellent job taking care of my clothes, and the turnaround time is impressively quick. I truly appreciate their great service!
I got some chocolate stains in my downs comforter and when I tried to clean it on my own at home, I ruined it further. I took it to Martinizing Cleaners on Saturday and it was ready by Tuesday. They stuck a note on my item when I picked it up saying that they could not remove all of the stains without ruining the material… this made me nervous. I needed a suit, shirts,and ties cleaned and pressed for an event last minute. I dropped them all off a lot 10 and they were ready by 330! Incredibly fast and high quality service. The people upfront were friendly and professional. I will be using them for all my cleaning in the future !
As a long time Alamedan resident, I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a service provider in my community. It was my first and last time I will ever be using Martinizing at South Shore. Firstly, they didn’t provide a list of what I brought in nor an estimated cost of what my cleaning bill would be. While luckily, I could afford the $329 that I spent to clean 17 items and press two table cloths, at a cost of $50 each, what made my experience so bad was that they lost my pants!
