This has been my go-to dry cleaning for years. Always quality service and quick turn arounds. They were able to help me take gum out of my suit which i thought was almost impossible to remove. I even forgot to pick up a dry cleaning for over a year and was really glad they had it stored for me.
I took advantage of a great comforter special they were having and dropped off my King size comforter off on a Tuesday. They were friendly and confirmed it would be ready for pick up the same day the following week. The receipt also tells you what time it will be ready in case you forget. The comforter came back clean and folded nicely in the comforter bag I brought it with- I will use them again in the future for my drycleaning needs.
We had 8 Comforters which includes heave blankets. Great customer service complimentary pick up and delivery. I went to their Southshore location to pay, by choice, & all the staff were friendly & the place was clean. Oh! If you like old fashion popcorn, pick that up too!
I have used Martinizing in Alameda for the last 14+ years. I cannot tell you how amazing the customer services how wonderful Bob and his team are how they will bend over backwards to do anything for you and they will always make your experience.
