Their customer service in-store is always totally supportive and kind, being greeted with a warm smile. It's a very efficient and professionally run shop. Give ‘em a chance to launder your clothing and they will have you feel confident in your attire—for real.
My cat sprayed on my silk comforter so I was sure it was ruined. I brought it here and they actually saved it. I was amazed cuz cat spray pretty much ruins everything. Not only did they save it and make it good as new... it was only $40! I had a 20 percent off coupon but even at $60 it was well worth the price. They are miracle workers. And have reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.
From the start this dry cleaner has impressed us with their friendly and professional staff, fair prices and excellent work. We had a surprise mildew issue in our closet and some vintage clothing was damaged, worst of all a silk satin 1940s western shirt … I was sure it would at best come back stained but clean… well it came back looking gorgeous, clean, nice smelling and ready for wear. I love the seamstress here at the Alameda location. She's efficient and fast! I had my dress steamed, but it came out messed up with more weird stains. They dry-cleaned it and did everything for free. It was also super affordable! I'm always willing to drive there and get things done, cause I know my clothes are in good hands.
I am a local seamstress who specializes in restoring vintage wedding gowns and other vintage textiles. The pieces I work on and make are extremely delicate so I wouldn’t use a service that wasn’t careful and conscientious about their work.
