Very quick, friendly staff. Get it in by noon, and they can have it done same day. My 9x9 quilt cost around $47 to have cleaned, and they packed it up nicely in a zippered plastic tote. All the noticeably dirty spots are clean, and smells fresh. Got a text when it was ready and chose to pick it up in person, but they also apparently offer delivery. I’ve never had anything dry cleaned before for comparison, but I’d rate this as a pleasant and painless experience.
Update: the owner is working with me to replace the damaged clothes! I just picked up $150 of wash & fold and all my clothes are ruined! They were supposed to wash in cold and hang dry, but they definitely dried the clothes, probably on high heat, and may have washed on warm or hot too. I can barely fit into my pants because they shrunk so much--they are really tight and also shorter in length. My sweaters I wear to work shrink and are pilling. I've been using Martinizing Dry Cleaners at South Shore for years. I've always been very happy with their customer service and they always take good care of our clothing.
Their service is top notch! Really first class! From answering all my questions when first calling to sorting out and receiving my delivery they really did great! They’re very communicative via text, which is super helpful, and Liz was on it. She figured things out with my order and made it happen! Plus they pick up and deliver! My thanks to the whole Martinizing team for a job well done! I’ll definitely use their services again!
I will NOT be returning to your business, I’ve given your location far too many opportunities over the years to correct your lack of service and more importantly BILLING. I no longer have the time or patience to correct your revolving door of staff members on the simplest of things and I honestly feel that your establishment is geared towards ripping its customers off by not providing accurate invoices.
