We used this cleaners for a couple months but decided to switch because they are SO SLOW!! They don't have a policy on when things will be done, so every time we dropped off our 2 or 3 pairs of pants to be dry cleaned they would ask, "when do you want these?" and we would say, "as soon as possible." Then the would tell us they would be read in about 3 days!! Give me a break! For 2 or 3 pairs of pants! Ridiculous! They certainly don't care about keeping customers!!
