Marcus and Chad are absolute experts when it comes to all things real estate. Marcus was great about working around our busy work schedules and always had a positive attitude when taking on our questions (there were a lot!). I would recommend him to anyone but specifically for people looking to buy in the SFV/Ventura County areas. 10/10 service across the board.

Chad was the BEST to work with. We moved out of California and left our house in Chad’s hands to sell and he made it happen. He made it painless and quick for us as he was always quick to answer our phone calls or call us back. My only regret is that we no longer live in California and will no longer be able to do business with him.
