I had a very concerning experience with this agency before even being able to arrange a viewing. I was told that before they could show me the flat, I had to complete an “income check” by opening my banking app and following their instructions so they could verify my finances in real time. I was also told that if I wasn’t willing to do this, they would not proceed with the viewing. This is not normal or acceptable practice in the UK.
