Mary was very understanding and thorough during my medicine management session. This was my first visit with her but I felt heard and cared for regarding all of my concerns.
Mary was very caring. She took time to listen to my concerns. She refilled my scripts.

I have seen Mary Ajayi NP for almost a year now. I have had the worsts experience with her after not giving me proper refills for the Venlaphaxine 150mg. My last refills was in April2025, the HEB pharmacy has been trying to send authorization for refills for two weeks and no one responds also I’ve send messages to portal and nothing. I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. After working with the same trusted psychiatrist for 20 years, building a solid foundation of care, I was shocked at how disrespectful and dismissive she was during a mere 30-minute session. Was pretty dismissive and seemed as though she was just reading off a list/going through the "routine". She also was eating during our video call and her crunching into my headphone ears was very disturbing.
Dismissive of patient concerns and questions, very defensive regarding medication questions and concerns. The provider seemed uninterested during appointments and more interested in getting patients out of her office. All of my appointments were 5 minutes or less, leaving me with lots of questions and being referred back to my PCP.
