I love having therapy at home over video and having the option to go in person if I want. My therapist is really good & nice and is in demand because of it. I've been with her for a few years now and have no complaints. I like that if im on the road in Pennsylvania I can still have my therapy session. (Not actively driving, just not at my house or at the office. Just have to be in the state). Also flexibility if I need to reschedule. Just do it as far in advance as possible so as not to incur a missed appt fee.
Mary has been the best. She has helped me deal with a lot of different issues. I don’t feel I would be where I am without her. She has been a blessing to work with.
I commend Mary for being such a good listener and advisor. She validated my feelings and showed concern for my wellbeing. She is optimistic and supportive, i regret not finding her sooner to help ease my need for self-care. I attest to her professionalism and I will happily refer her to friends and family in need. I look forward to continuing my sessions with her.
Mary was very personable, understanding & offered different solutions to my problems. Booking was first done by LifeStance & I was able to tailor subsequent telemedicine appointments to my schedule with the psychologists & psychiatrist for meds. Highly recommend this service.
