I have been in and out of therapy most of my life. I started seeing Mary in 2019 and she is awesome. She has taught me ways of thinking that I never even knew about. She is so kind and truly cares about her patients. I would never go any where else. I am able to go 3 to 4 weeks without talking with her because she has taught me how to handle my situations. If you need help I can promise you that Mary can help you.
Mary Waling is caring, knowledgeable, and uses and teaches effective techniques to treat depression and anxiety. Talk therapy is nice, and it's important to be heard. However, Mary uses ACT therapy to actually teach techniques that work. ACT helped resolve many of my anxiety issues almost immediately, along with help and medication prescribed by Dr. Bevin. This was my first appt with Mary. She had already reviewed my history & was prepared for our visit. She was very professional & pleasant, listened to my story, & understood underlying issues & concerns. She had specific ideas about how she can help me work through my issues. I feel very comfortable with her & look forward to working with her!
The assistant that checks you in is very nice she’s personable holds great conversation and gets the job done in a timely manner
I have been very pleased with the service of both Mary and Amy. My mental Heath has never been better. They are both professional and charring individuals.
