Horrible experience! I didn’t know what to expect when I made the appointment but I did hope that it would provide some relief for my excruciating back pain. After waiting for about an hour the Dr came in and told me to go get 2 MRI’s if my insurance would cover them. He never even palpated my back to see how in spasm it was. My insurance ended up not covering any of the bill so here I am $500 in debt to this place that did nothing but add to my stress! Go elsewhere if you would like a proper exam.
I've gone here in the past for quite a while. I returned after several years. They now have a new PA and she is miserable. I'm 62 years old and it was the WORST appointment of my entire life. No exaggeration. I asked if they had another PA I could see, but, they do not. I had to repeat several times what I had x-rays of, the doctors I had seen, and what I had MRIs of. I have been a patient at this wonderful Facility for well over 10 years. They are simply fantastic! I'm so very grateful for their impeccable workmanship & knowledge, very friendly & caring staff. Most of all, the Nurse Practitioner I have had the honor of being treated by, is dedicated to superlative superior performance & treatment. Thank you so very much MD Pain & Spine! You keep my body going with the pain management plan you have in place for me. I honestly don't know what I would do without you!
Dr G is amazing, I experienced relief immediately. My pain went from 8 to 3 or 4 during the procedure. I haven't slept in 3 days the pain has gotten so bad, the rain all weekend didn't help. Dr G has done 7 procedures over 15 years. He's been a miracle worker for me. I strongly recommend him to anyone having serious back pain.
Let me start by saying that the front desk staff are really nice and my care from Dr. G. has been excellent. This review is specific to my experience this morning. Historically, I've spent HOURS waiting in the waiting room for appointment times in the past (each time, having to take vacation time off of work). I have never once complained because I've been happy with the care received and Dr. G's thoroughness. He really does care for his patients.
