I've gone here in the past for quite a while. I returned after several years. They now have a new PA and she is miserable. I'm 62 years old and it was the WORST appointment of my entire life. No exaggeration. I asked if they had another PA I could see, but, they do not. I had to repeat several times what I had x-rays of, the doctors I had seen, and what I had MRIs of. Wonderful place!!! Dr. Gunawardane and Staff are caring, helpful and understanding. I'm so glad to finally be getting help with my chronic pain.
Dr G is amazing, I experienced relief immediately. My pain went from 8 to 3 or 4 during the procedure. I haven't slept in 3 days the pain has gotten so bad, the rain all weekend didn't help. Dr G has done 7 procedures over 15 years. He's been a miracle worker for me. I strongly recommend him to anyone having serious back pain.
I have been a patient at this wonderful Facility for well over 10 years. They are simply fantastic! I'm so very grateful for their impeccable workmanship & knowledge, very friendly & caring staff. Most of all, the Nurse Practitioner I have had the honor of being treated by, is dedicated to superlative superior performance & treatment. Thank you so very much MD Pain & Spine!
