I have only worked with Dr. Torres and found him to be an excellent provider. He took the time to fully explain the procedure he would be doing and expected outcome. His office and the operating facility are clean and inviting and are staffed with top notch professionals. I highly recommend Dr, Torres and the Maryland Pain and Spine Center.
Horrible experience! I didn’t know what to expect when I made the appointment but I did hope that it would provide some relief for my excruciating back pain. After waiting for about an hour the Dr came in and told me to go get 2 MRI’s if my insurance would cover them. He never even palpated my back to see how in spasm it was. My insurance ended up not covering any of the bill so here I am $500 in debt to this place that did nothing but add to my stress! Go elsewhere if you would like a proper exam.
The front office support staff is always so friendly and polite. I rarely had to wait to be taken back or seen by my provider. Michele is always so supportive and understanding and generally concerned about my health and well-being. I saw Dr. G 14 years ago and always remembered how helpful he was and when I started to have problems again, I knew exactly where to go. Thank you all again for being a medical office that truly cares about their patients and not just billable hours .
Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. Wait time is not excessively long. I haven't had any bad experience since going here for a few years. I really like the doctors PA who goes over my information and listens to me on my issues at the time. I highly recommend this office for back pain issues.
I have been a patient at this wonderful Facility for well over 10 years. They are simply fantastic! I'm so very grateful for their impeccable workmanship & knowledge, very friendly & caring staff. Most of all, the Nurse Practitioner I have had the honor of being treated by, is dedicated to superlative superior performance & treatment. Thank you so very much MD Pain & Spine! You keep my body going with the pain management plan you have in place for me. I honestly don't know what I would do without you!
