Melissa was very good at explaining the next procedure and even offered if I wanted to speak to a neurosurgeon that would be ok as well. I was very pleased in being able to understand the next procedure but what I didn’t care for was having to wait 45 minutes to see Melissa. When I arrived at 2:15 pm as required it took 15 minutes to fill out the form so in total I was sitting in the office for an hour. That is a pretty long wait. I’ve been going to MD Pain and Spine for a year after an awful experience with another clinic. I wish I had gone to them from the beginning because they are very professional and treat patients with respect. The NP I see, Melissa, actually cares and helps me control my cancer-related pain and neuropathy. Thank you MD Pain and Spine Center.
