I can’t tell you how wonderful Attorney Mo Said and his team (Atty Robert, Ruben and Daniela) were! They were professional and made sure I was prepared for every encounter, literally. Ruben, you have the patience of a saint..”thank you” for always listening and never making me feel like a burden. Anytime I had a question, they always responded the same day or within a day. I came in person from FTW to meet these people and discuss my situation in hopes we could solve my concerns together. I wasn’t comfortable giving my SS#, and other personal information over the phone. So when I eventually reached the reception area, they openly asked me for that information right in front of the receptionist. I said,” I didn’t want to get into that right now”. Update: MAS Law Went Above and Beyond Although I had concerns early on, I want to give credit where it’s due. MAS Law truly turned things around and went above and beyond to settle my case. Once everything was properly addressed, their team handled my claim with professionalism, urgency, and care.
