I had an hour session with Kim and it was great. She explained the process in great detail prior to getting starting and checked in with me multiple times during the session to ensure the pressure was okay and I was comfortable. Kim educated me on various aspects as it pertains to the body, such as general stretching twice a day for myself and giving my six month old a massage as well. Thank you Ms. Kim! You were great! Continue to do what you do!

I recently received a facial for my birthday in June at this location as a first time customer and I’d just like to say that my rating doesn’t reflect the nice young lady that conducted my services, but how this location conducted business after I was unable to make my return appointment. Booking has consistently been a challenge. In my experience, George does excellent work when he shows up—but he has failed to appear twice. I have to carefully coordinate my schedule and meetings, so a no-show is unacceptable. Today, service was refused by another staff member without any explanation. I had called ahead to inform them that the person getting a massage would be running late, and I was told it would be fine, with the understanding that the massage might be shortened to allow time for completing forms. I recently had the most absolutely horrible and worst experience with a message therapist named Kim at the Waldorf Massage Envy location. I think she may be unstable! I would never want a message from her!! I was running a few minutes late for a message appointment but notified the front desk I was running a few minutes late and was told to still come, I was maybe 7 minutes late total. I purchased a monthly massage membership package and it is impossible to get an appointment unless you book 3 months in advance, they charge every month and wont let you out of your membership. I tried calling about it several times and was put on hold and asked for a call back from the manager as well and no call back. Staff is nice but do NOT buy a membership , you will not get an appointment. Its a SCAM , they should not offer a membership if they are not staffed enough to book clients in a timely manner.
