Two years in a row I have lost the bonus that came with my gift card I asked for for Christmas because the first year I was unaware of the expiration date, and this year I did not see the bonus card wrapped in the receipt until after it expired. Both years I contacted the manager and let them know what happened and they basically just said sorry for your loss, and did not offer to help me in any way after all the money I spend there. Additionally, they taunted me saying I can’t cancel my membership because I have a contract.
