I arrived at 520 for my 530 appointment. At 531 the aesithician came to the lobby to bring me back. She started reading what my service for that day would be, even though I had not made any decision regarding this. After asking her to go through my options I decided on a different facial from the one that had been "pre-selected" for me. Lane is a true healer!!! I had my first ever massage yesterday with Lane and I didn't know what to expect, but he made me feel so calm, comfortable, and truly cared for.
