I have facials with Grace, who is excellent, and has truly changed my skin. Even my dermatologist noticed it! I recommend her thoroughly.

Denice is my therapist at this location. She is very professional, sweet, kind and massages me exactly in the way I ask every time. I’m very pleased to come to this Mount Prospect Massage Envy. Lindsay is the manager who is very genuine, personable, and brings a calming energy every time I talk to her. She even resolved an issue I had very promptly! I’m very grateful to feel like a real customer who is valued here! Thank you for the wonderful gift of relaxation at this location! 🩷

I have requested a call from the manager for Mt Prospect and Palatine Illinois. It has been two weeks, and Chelsea is ignoring my request to discuss the matter of paying out of pocket for my grandfathered rate for the 30-minute portion of a 90 minute massage. Why should I be forced to use a credit for 30 minutes? I have never had this issue when Lindsey was in charge. Thank you in advance for providing some actual customer service. I absolutely LOVE the Mount Prospect ME! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Lindsey is an awesome manager. She genuinely cares about YOU and your self care routine. I have been a member for awhile now. After COVID, the number of credits I had was alarming. I tried “freezing” my account throughout but it didn’t go through or I had to go in to give the document to a manager. When Lindsey took over, she also took the hassle away. It was my first time at Massage Envy and it was nothing short of fantastic. Iris was my massage therapist, she is little but strong! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. But she also is so strong and really worked the tension out of my back and shoulders. She is fantastic! I highly recommend her! I will be back!
