Recently went here for a prenatal massage. I was one minute late and had to use the bathroom so I got 55 minutes vs the full 60 (my fault I guess). It was an okay massage, I’m not sure if I would go back. The intro offer of the coupon was enticing.
Visited with Mary O for a prenatal massage. She was so kind and such a pleasure to have this service with. She made sure I was comfortable and really took the time to assess what I needed out of the massage. I felt totally comfortable with her. Hope to go back as soon as her availability opens up!
I want to first say the providers are amazing. Great massages and treatments. Trying to schedule an appointment is the challenge. Limited availability and times. In addition, once you think you have an appointment, you will receive a call the day of letting you know they have to cancel or adjust your appointment. terrible. i’ve been trying to come here for months now and every appointment i schedule gets canceled. Today my appointment was canceled a hour before i needed to arrive which was more convenient. last time I was pulling into the parking lot, 15 minutes before my appointment suddenly whoever i was booked with called out. the person on the phone did apologize and said she would make a note for management. not her fault at all, but at this point i’ve wasted so much time trying to come here. i’m praying that i can book a massag... read more
Sammy set up. Tried to cancel in-person was told a "manager has to handle and he's not available ". Manager called and after numerous attempts to argue why my husband shouldn't cancel he 5old him he would rake care of it. Now several months later we are still being charged. Now we gave to go thru disputing the charges.
