I've been a member of massage envy (out of *********) for almost 9 or 10 years now. I've gone to them in 4 states and I've never had a bad experience at ANY location other than this one and ************. Now, I've scheduled with the Canton location A LOT and I've had more negative experiences with that, than positive. They cancel on me nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME.
