I came to get a massage because of neck and shoulder pain, and Mykel did an amazing job. This was honestly the best massage I have had in years. My neck and shoulders have never felt this light and relaxed before. MYKEL was professional, skilled and really knew how to work on the areas that needed attention. I highly recommend Mykel to anyone who needs real relief from tension and pain.
Looking for information that would help my Husband who plays golf and never had a massage before. Kari the manager sat down with me and explained all the services that are offered and which would be a good fix for my Husband. She was very professional ,knowledgeable and thorough . When I came I felt very rushed and I was hurried through the check in process which is not very relaxing to start off. I signed up for light firmness, but the entire massage was heavy handed and I have never felt pain like that in my life. After two weeks I still have pain in my shoulder and neck. Massage started late and ended early (i got just over 40 minutes of actual massage time for the allotted 50 minutes of the hour long massage). I asked for a receipt and nothing was emailed to me. Will go back to the previous company. The technique was fine and the room was clean.
First time visit- I received a 60 minute massage from Mercedes and it was pure bliss! I would highly recommend Mercedes as she truly took care of asking what my preferences were and was mindful of the firmness I asked for. She also had a wonderful touch with hot towels that was lovely. The front desk personnel are also so friendly and were wonderful to work with. I wish I had booked for longer!
