Massage Envy made our Self-Care Day unforgettable! They donated three massage therapists for three hours to provide massages for teachers at BASIS Richardson during Teacher Appreciation Week. Our staff works incredibly hard, and this act of kindness meant so much. Professional, generous, and community-focused — we cannot thank them enough!
I’ve been seeing Lydia at this location for a few months now and have nothing but amazing things to say. She is always so nice and listens when i have specific concerns i need targeted. I woke up this morning with extreme back pain and after leaving my session I can actually move! I highly recommend her and this location to anyone looking for high quality massage therapy.
What a wonderful experience I had, thanks to Delores! She may be tiny but she has powerful hands! So grateful to the wonderful staff for making me feel so welcome and thank you for the introductory pricing! I look forward to my next wonderful massage with Delores💖💖💖💖
I have been visiting this massage envy since 2022. I was stressed out from the pandemic and needed additional recovery from an overworked and stressed body and it helps. I can honestly say I have visited other locations but this one is the best. My two favorite massage therapists are Kate and Delores. They listen to my needs and cater their massage efforts to my trouble areas. They are have very strong hands - so be careful when you select the firm level!
This really is a terrible business. The membership is not worth the services you receive. $80 per month, terrible customer service, rotating staff so do not get attached to any one provider, and zero spa-like amities. For the high prices, you can receive more luxurious services at spas like Hiatus or the Joule.
