They refused to cancel my membership as contractually required in effort to revoke the credits I had built up. And to rub salt in the wound they wont stop sending promotional messaging.
Do NOT give your card information for Membership or a "Wellness Contract". It is a complete "Nightmare". The **************** is horrible and the atmosphere is cold. They will try and sell this after your massage or service like it's a "good idea" but they care NOTHING about people. The audacity of the contract being called a "Wellness Contract" when dealing with these people will only add stress and turmoil to your life. Just pay per Service if you want it.
