The front staff at Massage Envy Waco is phenomenal! Raylee and Naleah are very professional and so polite. They answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable.
I’ve had sciatic nerve pain since having my youngest child. I’ve done chiropractic work in the past that would give me relief but it was always short lived. I booked with Chad on a whim after waking up on morning and being in so much pain and I’m so glad that I did! Called this place multiple times an hour or so before they closed and never answered me. To the point where they blocked my phone number. I was just wanting to call for an estimate of any time the have ready. Never been but I already know that the people here (maybe not everyone) but they suck. Just wanted assistance. Learn better next time.
Not good at all. She talked the ENTIRE time during my massage and when I paid, they tried having me tip on a $130 service when mine was only $80 therefore attempting to scam me paying more money. Won’t go back.
I had a massage today and it was great! My therapist was Kim. She was amazing and her services were beyond 5 stars! The manager at the front desk was very sweet, very approachable and knowledgeable in all the services. She answered all my questions. I can’t remember her name and that is my bad. I highly recommend this location and I have rebooked another appointment ❤️
