A 3-star review is honestly being nice. I pay for the monthly membership, and out of all the massages I’ve had, I think only two were actually good. One therapist had nails so long he was literally scraping my neck, and another spent the entire session breathing heavily right in my face. I decided to try the stretch service. I found out about Massage Eight from a trusted friend who loves massage therapy as much as I do. I didn’t sleep well the night before I went and the muscles in my neck and shoulders were so tight that I went to a chiropractor before getting a massage. I could have skipped the chiropractor if I’d known how thorough and effective the massage would be! In April 2022, my $200.00 Massage Envy gift card (purchased in New Jersey in 2019) was fully redeemed at this location without my authorization. I am a New Jersey resident and have never visited this location. I discovered this fraud in June 2026 when I tried to use my gift card at my local NJ location. I contacted Massage Envy corporate multiple times with full documentation including the original purchase receipt, photos of the physical gift card, and transaction history. Would give this place 20 stars if I could! Tanisha not only offered a great massage, but is a wonderful person! She lights up every room she's in and in 10min, makes you feel like you've known her 10 years. Can't wait to come back and see her again!
