A 3-star review is honestly being nice. I pay for the monthly membership, and out of all the massages I’ve had, I think only two were actually good. One therapist had nails so long he was literally scraping my neck, and another spent the entire session breathing heavily right in my face. I decided to try the stretch service. I found out about Massage Eight from a trusted friend who loves massage therapy as much as I do. I didn’t sleep well the night before I went and the muscles in my neck and shoulders were so tight that I went to a chiropractor before getting a massage. I could have skipped the chiropractor if I’d known how thorough and effective the massage would be! Would give this place 20 stars if I could! Tanisha not only offered a great massage, but is a wonderful person! She lights up every room she's in and in 10min, makes you feel like you've known her 10 years. Can't wait to come back and see her again!
Had a great therapist at this location, but it was nearly impossible to schedule with her as she was so busy and the high-turnover front desk people couldn't manage her schedule well. Even with a standing monthly appointment, in four months time three of my appointments were canceled by Massage Envy. Why am I paying for a membership if I can't get in? Very upset with my experience. I had a birthday gift card $100, I was really looking forward to a massage. I just moved to the area so I am still learning directions and locations. I booked my massage online for a 4:45 pm appointment. I didn’t realize how bad traffic would be until I started driving there so I realized I would be a few min late.
