You will remember your service with these therapists. If you’re looking for lasting effects with therapists who know what they’re doing I’d give them a visit.
Sadly I've experienced bad customer support once again at massage envy. Was trying to schedule a massage over text and after I sent a confirmation about the time for the same day. I got a response message saying that a therapist had available time next day, so I assumed there weren't any more appointments available for the day. Abi was amazing, within minutes I knew she was definitely worth a 90+ min massage. She was gentle yet firm at the same time. Im ticklish on my feet, she did so well not to tickle me 😅 one of the best massages ive ever had, will be back soon!
Huge waste of time. Called to book a massage for my son and specifically told them he was 15 and needing work on his back due to a sports injury. Brought him in, signed all the paperwork. Talked again about how he’s 15, but I consent to any treatments. Pulling up to my house I get a call that they can’t treat him because he’s 15 and I need to be there. It took me a bit but I found the perfect Massage therapist for me. Massage Envy closed down the location nearest me when they changed ownership. Instead of driving 15 minutes I was driving 40 minutes so I was ready to drop my membership but then I found the perfect therapist and I have been willing to make the drive. We all have different preferences when it comes to Massage so don’t be afraid to try as many as you need to to find the perfect one!
