I am in love with this Massage Envy location. It's been a blessing and it helps my quality of life immensely. I have a stressful job and coming here helps me with my self-care and dealing with my pain and body tension. Steven will be my go-to therapist from now on. I am so, so happy I got booked with him. It was my first time getting a massage from him and he is an amazing therapist. He is truly a professional who knows about the body and what it needs for recovery. I had such a good experience getting a facial with Azzy! My skin felt so soft and refreshed afterward. She was super sweet, made me feel comfortable , and really took her time with my skin. Ill definitely be booking again!
They did a complete bait and switch on me. I booked a 90 minute massage for $120 and I get there and they say no itll he $195. Yes, there is a tiny, tiny disclaimer on the website but if there is that big if a price difference, to me that's a scam to get you in the door. Honestly I wont go to any massage envy location going forward. There are much better local massage businesses to support.
After being contacted by the actual manager she was very communicative and genuinely cared about the situation she made it up to us and put us with AMAZING THERAPIST go see Steven he’s amazing !!! My boyfriend also got an amazing facial by Azzy and he loved it ! I just wish they had a month to month membership I would have definitely signed up for it ! But still there memberships are a great deal and the actual manager is amazing will definitely return ! Lulu the manager is very unprofessional did not text to let us know ou... read more
