They did a complete bait and switch on me. I booked a 90 minute massage for $120 and I get there and they say no itll he $195. Yes, there is a tiny, tiny disclaimer on the website but if there is that big if a price difference, to me that's a scam to get you in the door. Honestly I wont go to any massage envy location going forward. There are much better local massage businesses to support.
Called to ask about my credits and was told I still had 5 left. Booked an appointment only to be called day of my appointment and told my credits expired the day before. Actually the 60 days fell on the day of my appointment. All they could say was they will do teaching with the staff. Horrible service. Then the person kept blaming me for the mistake. Huge mistake to sign a year contract. Not worth it!!!!
Wonderful place truly attentive staff, the environment is soo relaxing the little waiting room is nice. I have had ongoing back pain and Janette was extremely reassuring throughout my massage. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Will be coming back :P
Sadly I've experienced bad customer support once again at massage envy. Was trying to schedule a massage over text and after I sent a confirmation about the time for the same day. I got a response message saying that a therapist had available time next day, so I assumed there weren't any more appointments available for the day. Later on they sent a message saying that my appointment was confirmed (for the same day). As I missed the second message and didn't show up they charged me for it. Ask for Carlos ( Masseuse ) and Azzy (esthetician)! I’ve been a SPM Massage Envy customer for years and feel confident I know what quality service looks like. You will remember your service with these therapists. If you’re looking for lasting effects with therapists who know what they’re doing I’d give them a visit.
