I don’t usually leave reviews, but given the awesome experience I had, I actually wanted to! My massage therapist, Gabriel, was amazing! He actually listened to me and took what I wanted into account. Whenever I get a massage, I always say I like full body massages, and ask for a focus on my arms, legs, and head. And almost every time the massage therapist will primarily focus on my back and then leave barely any time for my arms, legs, and head. They did a complete bait and switch on me. I booked a 90 minute massage for $120 and I get there and they say no itll he $195. Yes, there is a tiny, tiny disclaimer on the website but if there is that big if a price difference, to me that's a scam to get you in the door. Honestly I wont go to any massage envy location going forward. There are much better local massage businesses to support.
After being contacted by the actual manager she was very communicative and genuinely cared about the situation she made it up to us and put us with AMAZING THERAPIST go see Steven he’s amazing !!! My boyfriend also got an amazing facial by Azzy and he loved it ! I just wish they had a month to month membership I would have definitely signed up for it ! Called to ask about my credits and was told I still had 5 left. Booked an appointment only to be called day of my appointment and told my credits expired the day before. Actually the 60 days fell on the day of my appointment. All they could say was they will do teaching with the staff. Horrible service. Then the person kept blaming me for the mistake. Huge mistake to sign a year contract. Not worth it!!!!
Wonderful place truly attentive staff, the environment is soo relaxing the little waiting room is nice. I have had ongoing back pain and Janette was extremely reassuring throughout my massage. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Will be coming back :P
