Great ME location! The front desk staff are wonderful and I love their little waiting room with hot tea - it’s so chill! Stephen is soooo wonderful! He’s very professional and kind and has such a soothing voice. I scheduled an appointment for my wife here, and the way this location is being run under the new management is unacceptable. She booked only a few hours in advance and even rearranged her schedule when they asked her to come earlier. Then she had a legitimate medical issue and physically couldn’t make it. We called to cancel as soon as possible, and they still refused to waive the cancellation fee with zero understanding. Completely unreasonable and not how you treat customers. We won’t be back.
I called for information and Madison answered. She was helpful and knowledgeable of all the services available. She provided me with all the answers to my questions reassuring my purchase would be correct. When I arrived the place was clean, organized, and dressed to the tee in holiday spirit and greeted by Madison with a smile. She was able to multitask, answering phones and tending to other customers while I was completing my purchase. At the end, I was happy with my purchase and services rendered. Thank you! 👍😊
Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill under the new management. I booked an appointment the same day and was later asked to adjust my time to accommodate them, which I did. When an unexpected medical issue came up and I needed to cancel, they refused to waive the cancellation fee under any circumstances. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing. I won’t be returning.
Today is saw Stephen and had THE BEST massage ever! He is so knowledgeable and professional. Im on my feet all day at work and have scoliosis and he was great with me! Perfect amount of pressure 👌 already booked another visit. Business was clean and sanitary and front desk was very nice. Great experience 👍
