Joining Message Envy at Westover Marketplace was one of the best things I've ever done. It is professionally run on every level, soothing, welcoming, and so comfortable. Every person is attended to personally with a smile. There is no pressure to do anything except relax. The rooms are quiet, "soft", clean, with attention paid to detail.
