Saw a new therapist last week. Matt provided a really wonderful deep tissue massage. Will be back for sure! Also, the gentleman at the front desk was attentive. Chill vibe yet still friendly. The ambiance at this location was better than some other Massage Envy's that I frequent. Low light, smelled good and was an all around calm environment. Sounds like they have more therapists too.
Madison was great for the facial and so kind and relaxing and the gal up front was super nice. I came in for a 60 minute facial though and was taken back at 11:58 and then another 5 or so minute consultation and then the facial was done at 12:40. I was expecting a 60 minute service as that's what was booked and it was super short! I understand consulting time is factored in and dressing, but the facial was basically only 30 minutes long I felt like it wasn't worth it/ wasted time in my day. Today was a day of reflection since I lost my mother 5 years ago. 😇 So, I always take the day off as a mental health day. I originally booked with another massage service but they canceled on me due to renovations but failed to communicate with me beforehand. They even sent me a reminder to confirm. Thank you guys for accommodating me after booking a last minute appointment. Juan was pleasant and intentional to my pressure points. I think that’s was first massage I actually enjoyed. Terri was gentle but aggressive. Almost made me cry working out a knot in my shoulder but so so worth it and necessary. Such a simple place too, to the point and very enjoyable.
I was met at the front counter with This brilliant vibrant smile. Lyric has the best attitude of anyone I've ever met. She is a new hire but just kept smiling and trying to make sure I was taken care of. Carolina was helping her as she trained her while I was asking pertinent information about my account and transferring credits to my wife.The both of them remained calm, but had to get the manager involved, Brittany, who came over and expedited the situation perfectly.
