I was met at the front counter with This brilliant vibrant smile. Lyric has the best attitude of anyone I've ever met. She is a new hire but just kept smiling and trying to make sure I was taken care of. Amy gives the best massages at Massage Envy. She’s professional, attentive, and truly knows how to relieve tension. She listens to your needs and customizes the massage every time. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend booking with Amy!
I'm not one to post negative but, let me tell y'all why I've taken exception to this service.... I've had my share of chemical peels. As you're aware, we all know our face & tolerance. And I always peel to some extent after one. I explicitly explained that the "stinging" is never a problem for me & that I would tell them if any. The esthetician was wonderful. Great personality. Saw a new therapist last week. Matt provided a really wonderful deep tissue massage. Will be back for sure! Also, the gentleman at the front desk was attentive. Chill vibe yet still friendly. The ambiance at this location was better than some other Massage Envy's that I frequent. Low light, smelled good and was an all around calm environment. Sounds like they have more therapists too.
The quality of massages are inconsistent. Sometimes, you get an incredible massage and other times, you get a sub-par massage at best. Perhaps they should provide professional development to ensure quality across the board. Love the front desk staff at this location though; super sweet and accommodating. The manager is also very helpful. I also find the facials to be of high quality.
