The manager ***** uses the company phone line to harass individuals. Its highly inappropriate to risk the image of a business you work for by using their personal line. I have seen multiple reviews about this lady complaining she is also a racist. In this day and age? Shame on her.
On June 27th, my appointment was for a 90 min deep tissue massage at 3:30. my therapist was late getting to me. my entire session was less than 50 minutes. Not only was my session not a deep tissue, I was not given the full time. I was left in a dark room for part of my the 50 min.
