My membership isn’t based at this location, but it’s very convenient to where I’m currently staying, so I decided to give it a try—and I’m really glad I did. Called to buy gift cards. Jackie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I went in Phyllis was super friendly and helped me walk away with 4 free promo cards as well. She was polite and gracious to my kids who were acting feral.
The one star is owed solely to the masseuse(s) being quite good. The management is some of the most unprofessional business dealings I've ever encountered. My father and mother came to this location often for My mother's broken back. My mother was unable to visit for a few years due to a bout with early onset dementia. I was seen yesterday at 2:15 for a 90 minute massage and my therapist listened and is knowledgeable! I feel better than I have felt in a couple of years… muscles remembering what they’re there for, with minor soreness!! I can’t be thankful enough!!!!
Staff was welcoming and kind. I was able to book a 50-min massage as first time customer on. Sunday due to a cancellation. Really pleased that that even happened! Sylvia was my masseuse. She has excellent hand pressure, and did a few new techniques on my back that felt amazing. I did facial massage too for my allergies and sinuses.
