I just wanted to take a moment to write a review about my college aged son's experience at the Westlake location of Massage Envy. He was in pain and needed a massage. After a wonderful hour massage he left feeling much better and that the therapist listened to what he needed and did a great job. We will be going back for sure! Thank you Massage Envy.

I got a massage yesterday from Patry and my muscles feel looser than they've felt in weeks! Elisabeth and the staff did a great job of making me feel welcome, and the whole experience was efficient and relaxing. Will definitely be back again!

My massage was amazing and my therapist really knew what he was doing. Highly recommend having a plan to make sure you don't put off important preventative care.

If you’re going for a massage, ask for Chris. He’s attentive, intuitive, and one the most requested. I always leave in a puddle. I’ve had deeply relaxing sessions, as well as problem-based sessions where I left with way less pain. Yesterday’s was a great a blend of both. I do a 90 when I can so there's time to cover everything. P.S. As a female I used to only prefer females, but gave male providers a try and very glad I did. It’s actually not weird at all — I’ve felt safe and comfortable with them.

I have a lot better therapist and less hassle than dealing with this place if anyone’s in need. As a fitness professional I’ve had several appointments canceled on me from this place with late notice. Was unable to get in for weeks and weeks. Kept paying my monthly but couldn’t use my sessions. When I went to cancel they refuse to reimburse your money with clear records showing THEIR therapist cancel and gave me credits to use by a certain time. LOL.
