Location sells membership under 1 year agreements. At the time of signing up I was advised that you could cancel at anytime. Once I called to cancel and they refused to terminate the agreement & said theres nothing that can be done because theyre a franchise.
I am so irritated and upset right now I cant believe I fell for a scam WITHIN a company that Im supposed to TRUST with my debit card info, and I have photo proof that literally there are random people ironically with massage envy credentials to make a customer believe its actually someone who works there and they literally took my debit card info and charged it.
