Came in late for an appointment with Ari because I wrote the time down wrong... they managed to get me in with another great provider, Cody, and keep me on schedule. Cannot give enough love to these amazing ladies! They always make sure you're taken care of and feel appreciated.
Had the Best 60 min massage with Angela. I’ve had a lot of massages in my life and none compares. She’s extremely knowledgeable and cares about truly helping resolve issues. I left feeling so relaxed. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back! Thank you Angela!!!
The massage therapists are great, no issues there. But the management of this place is not the best. Their new tipping system automatically bases the percentage on NON member price, so if you’re not paying attention it will charge you based on that rather than the percentage off a membership price. No one explained this to me and I was charged $40 instead of $20 for the 20% tip I was trying to leave. I went in person to speak to management and was told they could refund me the $40 and I could leave cash instead, which I did.... read more
I received a massage not that long ago and let me say it was absolutely what I needed but offered a membership to and I was a little iffy but I got it but I do hope that with having this membership does not need to be required all the time cause they’re already getting 80 bucks out of me every month
I was glancing at the reviews of this location and I was very upset to learn about the new tipping system that’s charging on non member pricing. I’ve been a member for over 10 years. The therapists here are wonderful! Jon, Carrie and Rachel are amazing! It sucks that I have to carry cash to tip due to the tipping system. On top of getting screwed on the amount, there’s also fees on top of the tip. So not cool.
