Waste of money. We paid for 1 hour massages and only received 30 minutes. They put my son on a monthly plan for a year. We moved and are now 23 miles from the closet massage envy. Which because of traffic is almost an hour drive. They want cancel the plan because their policy states 25 miles from the nearest location. We are locked in for a year and the moment we cancel we lose any massages not previously used. Customer service is horrible.

I love coming to massage envy! Get great service and Shannon is to die for! She very good Massage therapist love coming to see here. She knows my back neck and shoulders and hands. I love coming to this location every one is nice .

The cancellation is horrible at this location the have no sympathy, I am not able to go due to my car being totaled and health issues. The refuse to cancel. Safe yourself the time and so not come here.
