I have been with Nancy for 10 years. I restarted my yard four times. I just got off the phone with them because my backyard is full of weeds and now they say they don’t treat or help replace for weeds. I have no lawn left in the back, it’s all weeds. They’re not willing to do anything and I’ve spent thousands with this company. Massive disappointment. Don’t hire them. Not BBB, Multiple complaints across the board. They acquired my newly sodded lawn in April, knowing its history of recent TARR (TARR). 5 mo later And it looks awful. They refuse to acknowledge and treat accordingly TARR. I have brought multiple lawn specimens from different parts of my yard to the Pinellas County extension office. Each time they quickly diagnosed my lawn with TARR. Not chinch bugs. I installed zoysia grass in my backyard, hired massey and they killed it completely in 2-3 months. It turned to weeds, they continued to treat the dead lawn it after it being escalated to Melissa. Did all these studies and still didnt revive the yard. Fast forward 2 years later after paying $1250+ for the services... They finally replaced it (less a big section because they didnt bring enough sod! still just dirt, they wanted to put plugs in lol) 2 months before the service expired. Ben was nice but asked for the review before removing the wasps from my window. They are still there. I'll update the review to 5 stars once the nest I called him about is gone.
Ben Brook came out today and was great. He was very thorough. Explained everything he was doing, and answered a ton of questions that I had. Excellent service today. I hope I will see Ben again.
