We have trust started pest and lawn service with Massey. So far, everyone has been so nice and professional. Ben came today to do the pest control, and he was extremely nice, conscientious about my home, very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing in the home and made sure that I was aware if I had any issues at all to reach out to him. So far, I’m very pleased with our new relationship!
Tre and Lucas from Massey Services center #77 in Largo showed up early yesterday morning to relocate all the solenoids in our sprinkler system. They were here all day and did an excellent job! They worked tirelessly and communicated with us every step of the way. Thanks so much for your hard work! Very pleasant to work with and job well done!
I installed zoysia grass in my backyard, hired massey and they killed it completely in 2-3 months. It turned to weeds, they continued to treat the dead lawn it after it being escalated to Melissa. Did all these studies and still didnt revive the yard. Fast forward 2 years later after paying $1250+ for the services... They finally replaced it (less a big section because they didnt bring enough sod! still just dirt, they wanted to put plugs in lol) 2 months before the service expired. We’ve been on a weekly treatment plan and have always had great experiences but this morning Ben Brook went above and beyond. He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained every safety aspect of the product he was using. He made us feel comfortable about the treatment especially since we have a dog. Early morning appointments are never ideal but Ben came with an enthusiasm that really made it a nice way to start the day! Thank you Ben!
