I installed zoysia grass in my backyard, hired massey and they killed it completely in 2-3 months. It turned to weeds, they continued to treat the dead lawn it after it being escalated to Melissa. Did all these studies and still didnt revive the yard. Fast forward 2 years later after paying $1250+ for the services... They finally replaced it (less a big section because they didnt bring enough sod! still just dirt, they wanted to put plugs in lol) 2 months before the service expired. Ben Brook came out today and was great. He was very thorough. Explained everything he was doing, and answered a ton of questions that I had. Excellent service today. I hope I will see Ben again.
We’ve been on a weekly treatment plan and have always had great experiences but this morning Ben Brook went above and beyond. He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained every safety aspect of the product he was using. He made us feel comfortable about the treatment especially since we have a dog. Early morning appointments are never ideal but Ben came with an enthusiasm that really made it a nice way to start the day! Thank you Ben!
