⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Ben Brook! I live at 1701 Central, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Ben Brook, our representative from Massey. He does a fantastic job! Ben personally took the time to introduce himself to me today while I was in the lobby getting coffee. It meant a lot that he stopped to ask for feedback on the building and how he’s doing, even though I'm just a resident. It really shows his commitment to going above and beyond for his customers. Ben Brook was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and at ease with knowledge about the different types of pest and insects in the area and helped me know what to look for. He was so nice and professional! I hope to see him again for the routine pest services in my complex!

We’ve been on a weekly treatment plan and have always had great experiences but this morning Ben Brook went above and beyond. He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained every safety aspect of the product he was using. He made us feel comfortable about the treatment especially since we have a dog.
