Ben Brook provided service with a smile! He was pleasant, efficient and reassured me that we will get the ant situation under control, no matter how many times he has to come back. Gabe has been our Massey technician for several years now. He is awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Also very friendly and never skimps on the time spent servicing our property. All the staff we have interacted with are top notch. Highly recommended.

We’ve been on a weekly treatment plan and have always had great experiences but this morning Ben Brook went above and beyond. He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained every safety aspect of the product he was using. He made us feel comfortable about the treatment especially since we have a dog. Early morning appointments are never ideal but Ben came with an enthusiasm that really made it a nice way to start the day! Thank you Ben!
Ben Brook is so wonderful. He knows how much I hate bugs and does such a good job making sure everything is clear and bug free! He explains everything in a way I can understand, and even left an extra sticky trap in case I wanted to put one somewhere he hadn’t already!
