Jose Coffman is my technician for my area, great guy all around. Anytime we call he is there within a timely manner and always can tell when he is off/ on vacation. He comes in makes sure he checks everything, speaks to everyone. Communication is on point! Always asking if we need anything else, making sure the service is met. Never had a problem with him, keep him in my area!
The customer service was outstanding. Mr. Jose Muñoz, who visited us, was an absolute gentleman—he kindly answered all our questions. Later, technician Steven Lemine removed a massive nest of giant wasps. He entered our home with great respect and carried out the entire service professionally. Both are based in Leesburg, Florida, and they make a great team. Thank you so much and congratulations!

Massey is trash, I would have given zero stars if possible. Moved into our new home in April and signed up for everything (termite, pest, irrigation, and lawn). Prepaid for the entire year to get the price break (don't do that). The irrigation and lawn people blamed each other and gave contradictory advice on watering, etc. Had irrigation out 3 times only to be told the system was "perfect". Wow! Just bought a home in The Villages and had our first home visit with Massey Services this morning. John Aprea who we had spoken to initially came to explain everything and what might be expected. John made everything clear, gave us great advice as we are new to Florida from the Midwest, and was just the most kind and patient with all of our questions!
