Great assessment, plan, and pricing from Stephen May. We have Massey in Altamonte Springs and it's not surprise that we are getting the same customer service and care from Massey In Leesburg.
I am not upset over the last year of service that I have received. I am upset because I canceled in February and was told my service was over now they came and serviced my lawn (one day after I paid my new company to service it) and have received a bill which I have called in four times about and can not get a resolution. Very poor customer service.
Jose Munoz was excellent—very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. It was a great experience from start to finish!
I Loved the service I had Steven as my technician and he did a wonderful job every single time. He was very professional, respectful and always went above and beyond.
They are the worst! Signed a one year contract i was gone for 5 months and my lawn is disaster. To the point im having part of it resodded. I’ve called to complain and they send out salesman that talks down to me. Find someone else!!
