The customer service was outstanding. Mr. Jose Muñoz, who visited us, was an absolute gentleman—he kindly answered all our questions. Later, technician Steven Lemine removed a massive nest of giant wasps. He entered our home with great respect and carried out the entire service professionally. Both are based in Leesburg, Florida, and they make a great team. Thank you so much and congratulations!
I was having trouble with my grass after a few months of service. I'm lucky if the service guy is even here 10 min. I called the office and 2 managers came out and blamed everything else. Pointing out spots I had no concern with. Then tried to upsell me on more service. Everything is about money with these people. Never again. Canceled and moved on.
I canceled late January after I called to ask why my fire ant problem was getting worse and they informed me they hadn’t been spraying for that type of ant at all for months 🤦🏼♀️ I canceled the service and said I wasn’t paying the last bill because this was my initial and whole reason they were supposed to be spraying and I told them not to come back out and they are still coming out here when I am not home, entering my private fence with lock on it and leaving me a bill! Had a great experience with Terry Reed from Massey’s Leesburg office! He was not only professional but also genuinely funny, which made the whole inspection process a lot more pleasant than expected. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by removing an ant egg nest for me—even though it wasn’t something he had to do on this visit. That kind of extra effort and care really makes a difference. Highly recommend!
