They are the worst! Signed a one year contract i was gone for 5 months and my lawn is disaster. To the point im having part of it resodded. I’ve called to complain and they send out salesman that talks down to me. Find someone else!!
Massey just landscaped the front of my house, Ben came over and recommended what plants we needed, and was very professional, quoted a price, very reasonable. Showed up a day early, completed the job. Ben was here also, great job. Would recommend them highly.
Paid for a year up front and received sub par service. Upon spot checking after services rendered, I still found signs if pests. I was also blindsided when I received a bill for November service when I had not paid for another year. I called the office and was informed that the service continues until you cancel. Anyway, I will take better care of it myself as I care more about my home than this company. I also had their irrigation services contracted and service there wasn’t any better.
The office management at this location is ridiculous. I have been a client of Massey for a very long time and have never had to deal with the hassles that I have had to at this office. I will be leaving a separate 5-star review for the other locations that I've hired. Paid 350 up front for roach treatment and prevention. Originally had a technician that was awesome and attentive. They changed his route gave us a new guy we were supposed to be getting weekly treatments to start the dude came once then not the next week then came and hasn't been back.... Then I call to see why and all they can say is ma'am you have a past due balance of 110 (one payment past due by less than a week)..... You will not get anymore of my money until you hold to your end of the contract!
