Got overcharged. Customer service sucks. No calls when supposed to arrive. Now they say I'm 3 months behind on service when my credit card shows I'm not. Don't get ripped off. Check your statements. Spoke to regional manager and closed my account. I'd suggest keeping track off all correspondence with this company. Will not use again and definitely do not recommend them.
I got my home treated for fleas this week and my tech Justin was amazing!!! Not only did he call me and Reassure me that my dogs would be safe in the home after it was done. He also let me know when the house was all clear and answered all of my crazy insane questions. He made me feel really good about the process and I can’t say enough good things he’s an amazing technician great person and must be a true asset to your team.
