I've tried to give this company benefit of the doubt and time to get their act together. Been with them for about 4 years right after I landscaped my front. Irrigation, Provista turf, srubs, and even the big Reclinata I did myself. Nathan, the General Manager left last year and things have literally went South. Like night and day. Ben Brook provided service with a smile! He was pleasant, efficient and reassured me that we will get the ant situation under control, no matter how many times he has to come back. We’ve been on a weekly treatment plan and have always had great experiences but this morning Ben Brook went above and beyond. He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained every safety aspect of the product he was using. He made us feel comfortable about the treatment especially since we have a dog. Early morning appointments are never ideal but Ben came with an enthusiasm that really made it a nice way to start the day! Thank you Ben!
