Dwight was very thorough at my property he was a very good listener about all my concerns and he handled them very well. He did a great service at my property. I would recommend him to anyone.
I called and signed a contract with them for the pest control services at home. For this month they sent me a bill for the 12/10 service, it specified that the employee arrived at 12:35 and left at 12:50 something; the service which was never done. I checked all my ring cameras and no one from Massey was there that day doing any service, which I explained the person in charge when I called them, several times . William Cole was very thorough at our waterpark. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns and addressed them immediately!
William Cole has been super helpful with our service. We have an ant issues and he throughly went over the problem factors and treated the areas. We have called once in between treatments and he has come back out the next day to address the issue. Thank you for wonderful service!
