I really tried to be patient with this company. We employed them after we purchased our home in college park. The 1st 4 services burned 3/4 of the yard destroying it. They did the right thing and re-sodded the yard but applied the wrong treatment from time to time damaging it in spots again. After spending a small fortune to get the new grass to take we decided to part ways with Massey but they keep showing up. I'm very happy that I have Victor with Massey Services. He is very thorough and does a fantastic job. He always asks if I have any questions or specific needs to be addressed. I've had other pest services but Victor's knowledge is unmatched.
Victor was amazing! He was kind, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He taught me things that no one else has ever explained to me during this process and I appreciated the time he took within the conversation. He was thorough and did not rush the job but completed it in a timely manner. I’m very happy that Victor will be my regular servicer.
Massey Lawn Service is an overrated extravagant company who put their sign in your front yard to sell it to neighbors and do nothing for the rear. Just think, I have a sprinkler system and they quoted me $16k to enhance a current system. This is 10 years into the service. I was a customer for over 15 years. I’ve replaced my rear lawn three times. Nothing in the front. I have on video the technician virtually performing no service to the rear lawn. Robert Kratz was an amazing pest technician. You can tell he is very passionate in what he does and he was very kind and hospitable. He was very clear with everything moving forward and within each follow up. He was also highly informative with everything and I would love to recommend him to any home with a similar issue moving forward. Silverfish are gone!
