I called and signed a contract with them for the pest control services at home. For this month they sent me a bill for the 12/10 service, it specified that the employee arrived at 12:35 and left at 12:50 something; the service which was never done. I checked all my ring cameras and no one from Massey was there that day doing any service, which I explained the person in charge when I called them, several times .
