Tyler was kind, considerate and just awesome! He leaves a really good impression of the Massey organization. I explain my extreme fear on roaches even dead ones and he didnt dismiss or down play it, he completely understood and gave me some information about American roaches and put my mind at ease. Definitely a person anyone would want to have representing their organization on any and every level.
