Massey bought out my prior pest control company. Massey put on a good show at first, but their customer service declined. They started scheduling follow-up appointments on days I wasn't home and called to notify the day of the appt. The inside of my house stopped being treated and the one day I happened to be home for an appt I wasn't aware of, I had to call the technician to come back and treat the inside of my house.
