I have the very best service technician named JACOB. He is very courteous, always on time, he is thorough, my residents LOVE him! Very outstanding young man!! I don’t often do Google reviews unless the service is exceptional and in my case it was. Massey services was recommended to me by my neighbor who has used them for years. First, McKenzie came out to do the inspection and I can honestly say that it was very thorough. She found unfortunately that I had termites pretty bad. After the inspection she went over with me where they were and what kind, then she explained the process that they would do, and gave me a price and to my surprise, it was a whole lot less than what I was ex... read more
