Tyler is always polite and friendly when he comes in my apartment to spray. He listened when I told him where my cat’s food bowl was and when I remind him he always remembers. Past technicians would leave the floor soaking wet everywhere they sprayed which would dry white and I would have to mop every time after. Tyler has the nozzle on his sprayer adjusted correctly and he will spray wherever you ask him to. Love him!
Tyler was kind, considerate and just awesome! He leaves a really good impression of the Massey organization. I explain my extreme fear on roaches even dead ones and he didnt dismiss or down play it, he completely understood and gave me some information about American roaches and put my mind at ease. Definitely a person anyone would want to have representing their organization on any and every level.
