I don’t often do Google reviews unless the service is exceptional and in my case it was. Massey services was recommended to me by my neighbor who has used them for years. First, McKenzie came out to do the inspection and I can honestly say that it was very thorough. She found unfortunately that I had termites pretty bad. Tyler came to house and sprayed the exterior. He was very nice and even gave a recommendation for additional services just in case we need other help. He was very knowledgeable
Massey has done a fantastic job since taking over pest control at our plant. I, personally, had an ant problem in and around my office. I brought it up to Timothy Kraft, our Massey rep, and after a brief walk of the job, he had some solutions ready. It’s been around 2 months since I’ve seen any ants. I can only assume Massey Services has great culture. Their team members project it. Professionals in every sense. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Tyler did a great job today. He even put in some extra effort to get rid of a super high wasp nest. I appreciate this service and it makes a difference for my pets and family.
