Massey bought out my prior pest control company. Massey put on a good show at first, but their customer service declined. They started scheduling follow-up appointments on days I wasn't home and called to notify the day of the appt. The inside of my house stopped being treated and the one day I happened to be home for an appt I wasn't aware of, I had to call the technician to come back and treat the inside of my house. Moved into my apartment and often found roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. One month after their service and we had no more bugs! No spiders, gnats, flies, or even roaches. Tyler B., a representative, was kind enough to explain to me that they don’t use harmful chemicals when they spray for bugs, so that left me at ease. I would consider using them in my next home.
