Ryan does a great job servicing our property! He is always responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He takes the time to address any concerns we have and makes sure everything is taken care of. We appreciate his consistency and the great service he provides!
I had the best experience with Eric today. He went above and beyond while he was here at my home. As he got to my home, I was having a small medical episode. He went out of his way to assist me through it all, stayed with me the entire time and well after to make sure I was safe and ok. Ive had Massey for going on 4 yrs now! Get service every 4 months. Most recent visit was done by Lamar who was prompt in giving notification of inspection/treatment. He was very thorough in making sure he captured all areas that needed attention. Ive also had David who is super knowledgeable in many areas and helped with a small beetle issue I had. Service is reasonably priced and very dependable. Recommend Massey 100%

I’m extremely disappointed with the recent pest control service I received from Massey. I scheduled a treatment for my home and backyard on July 31, and less than 24 hours later, I was stung by a wasp in my backyard—the very area that was supposed to be treated. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of their service.
