Colton explained all the details of the inspection from start to finish. Also took time to answer every question at best to his knowledge for me to understand. Great employee & very happy he was able to educate me.
This guy was in a rush, jumping in and out of traffic right by the elementary school. He was upset I wouldn't speed up to get out of his way. It was very unprofessional, considering he was in a company truck. He ended up cutting me off. Could've caused a wreck.

First impression just horrible!! Zero stars is actually my rating 😤!! I was given a scheduled appointment time on Friday, then I called to see why no one had came and they told me it would be Saturday per the system. Saturday came and no one ever called or came out. I called Saturday after waiting 2 hours after appointment time just thinking they were running late and they told me they put in for someone to call me back the next business day!!
