Save Yourself the Frustration Unfortunately, Massey Services has proven twice now that customer service and accountability are not priorities. I had the best experience with Eric today. He went above and beyond while he was here at my home. As he got to my home, I was having a small medical episode. He went out of his way to assist me through it all, stayed with me the entire time and well after to make sure I was safe and ok. Not only did he have the patience to work with me through my medical episode when he did not have to, he even offered to stay with me for the day or as long as I needed! I’m extremely disappointed with the recent pest control service I received from Massey. I scheduled a treatment for my home and backyard on July 31, and less than 24 hours later, I was stung by a wasp in my backyard—the very area that was supposed to be treated. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of their service.
