Grass looks horrible, sprinklers not working properly, poor customer service. I called them several times and only got excuses or no response at all. Weeds everywhere.
Used Massey for a few years. The lawn guy was fantastic! But the irrigation manager and even the general manager ghosted me for the last two weeks and failed to show up to help solve my irrigation problem. My yard has now turned to straw. I fired them today. Would not recommend them unless you want your yard to look like this. Update: Massey's failure to keep their appointments with me resulted in the death of my lawn. It's gone. I wish I had read these reviews before I went with the Massey irrigation services. I had the hardest time scheduling my first service (after pre-paying almost $400 based on my initial inspection). After MANY attempts to get them to come to our house, they finally worked on the yard, but left without even communicating with us what had been completed or having us test the sprinkler system. Aaron consistently provides quality service for my lawn and shrubs. Numerous times he has provided me with valuable feedback so that I can better understand what I should be doing in between his visits. I appreciate Aaron always taking time to address my questions and concerns.
One of the aspects I like about Massey is how each Lawn Service GreenUP office supports the other offices when needed. Keaton from the St Pete office was at our house today in Palm Harbor supporting the local office and typical of Massey they always take the time to help me get smarter plus understand the current treatment and the bigger picture over the next months.
