One can receive good service and then one can receive OUTSTANDING SERVICE !! Yesterday I had an entire front yard of sod installed. Historically I had some issues with my reclaimed water sprinkler system. I was forced to turn water on and off at the source. Massey sent Irrigation Specialist, Paul Finley, to the rescue. And RESCUE he did !! The sprinkler is now automatic. He even dug a sprinkler head surrounded in concrete and corrected! A pleasure to meet Paul !!!
Used Massey for a few years. The lawn guy was fantastic! But the irrigation manager and even the general manager ghosted me for the last two weeks and failed to show up to help solve my irrigation problem. My yard has now turned to straw. I fired them today. Would not recommend them unless you want your yard to look like this. Update: Massey's failure to keep their appointments with me resulted in the death of my lawn. It's gone. Logan came out today to fertilize our shrubs and we would like to express how polite and professional he was. I hope you all treat him well.
Do NOT use them for termites! They cut down and ruined our pool screen- the screen repair guy said they’ve never seen a job done so poorly at tenting! Massey management continued to never return calls. They were horribly unprofessional and I couldn’t recommend them less!
Grass looks horrible, sprinklers not working properly, poor customer service. I called them several times and only got excuses or no response at all. Weeds everywhere.
