Aaron consistently provides quality service for my lawn and shrubs. Numerous times he has provided me with valuable feedback so that I can better understand what I should be doing in between his visits. I appreciate Aaron always taking time to address my questions and concerns.
Used Massey for a few years. The lawn guy was fantastic! But the irrigation manager and even the general manager ghosted me for the last two weeks and failed to show up to help solve my irrigation problem. My yard has now turned to straw. I fired them today. Would not recommend them unless you want your yard to look like this. Update: Massey's failure to keep their appointments with me resulted in the death of my lawn. It's gone. One of the aspects I like about Massey is how each Lawn Service GreenUP office supports the other offices when needed. Keaton from the St Pete office was at our house today in Palm Harbor supporting the local office and typical of Massey they always take the time to help me get smarter plus understand the current treatment and the bigger picture over the next months. Was with Massey for 8 years along with most of my street. The normal techs were friendly and helpful but other services were non responsive and habitually late. Tried the irrigation service for a while but they never showed up when they said they would and sometime would claim service was complete even though they didn’t have access to sprinklers. This business is absolutely quantity over quality. They will continue to treat your lawn while watching it die and do nothing about it. They allowed my newly installed sod to wither away within 6 months despite me calling monthly expressing my concerns, multiple trips from the “manager”, etc. 0/10 recommend.
