My neighborhood requires my lawn to be weed free. Massey killed my grass, increased the weeds and kept it that way for a year, yes, a full 12 months. I called and called and texted and emailed. I called to cancel and asked for a refund - I didn’t get one. Finally, a rep apologized and said they would make it right and they did not. I wish I knew how to get my full years worth of payments back because now I have to spend more money to fix my lawn. This company is an expensive nightmare.

Been using this specific office for about a year and love the service. Communication is great and they keep my grass healthy. Already spring and there out just today 🤙 :UPDATE: Hayley has since left but as noce as she was, she was on it when you called her. Both my side yards deteriorated and had an overl high PH level resulting in yellow grass for months until I took cate of it. If Massy fixes this and keeps it that way, great. Otherwise I do not recommend them.

I hate writing negative reviews but in the case of Massey Services I have no options. The Massey door to door sales rep stopped by our home in Panama City Beach (even though there is a sign at the entrance to our subdivision that clearly states “No Solicitation Allowed”. ) I listened to his sales pitch and all the promises he made. I would not recommend these people for your termites service they put the traps in take your money and leave and then every year they're supposed to come back You pay a renewal fee every year for termite bond nobody comes back to check them they claim they did but they did not The traps are so overgrown with grass it's impossible that they check the traps I would not recommend this company to do your termite problems nor would I recommend them for cutting your grass or servicing your lawn I fired them from that a long time a... read more

Two consecutive days I waited from 8am to noon for my initial service. No one arrived to service my lawn. No one called to update me on the service. After the second day I went in to the Panama City office and was told that lawn service is done out of Pensacola office. When Panama City emailed Pensacola with my service termination, I received a call from the Pensacola Manager within 2 minutes.
