My neighborhood requires my lawn to be weed free. Massey killed my grass, increased the weeds and kept it that way for a year, yes, a full 12 months. I called and called and texted and emailed. I called to cancel and asked for a refund - I didn’t get one. Finally, a rep apologized and said they would make it right and they did not. Eric from the Panama city, fl office, my service tech has been incredible, never have the problems my neighbors have with mosquitoes, termites or ants. When something does pop up, I call and they are there with in 24 hours solving the problem. You couldn't ask for better pest control. Do your self a favor call Massey
This company has become a joke in the last year. They have ruined my yard and stained my house with chemicals. I have spent months trying to get the issues resolved with promises of we are sending someone out to take a look so we can fix it. I’m going to have to sod my entire front yard at this point to fix this which is covered in my warranty with Massey but they keep kicking the can down the road.
Hector was nice, very thorough, and punctual. Had a lot of knowledge about pests in the area. Great sales associate Steven, helped me fix my scheduling issue and give me the time I need. Highly recommend!
If you are in Panama City FL they give horrible service. I called in to get my annual traps checked 3 months prior to the 1 year mark. Reason being I have difficult time getting time off work. However, I was going to have a day off this week. I schedule the appointment. 5 min later the manager calls back and canceled my appointment refusing to come out until May.
