We have had Massey since 2013 and were happy. But this year we wanted to be put on an ON CALL BASIS, the guy came and before he got out of the truck, I told him not to do anything, I did not call ( which they know they needed to call anyhow before they come out because we have a locked courtyard ). So the guy left. I keep getting a bill, plus never can get a hold of the local office. **1-Star Review** I had a very bad experience with Massey Services GreenUp Lawn. Their service is extremely poor, and they do not seem to care about their customers at all. The lawn care technician came to my home, asked a few questions, did not perform any lawn treatment, and then left. Later, he reported that the service had been completed. Caleb was very thorough in his presentation for lawn services. He answered every question and I found him to be very knowledgeable of Massey Services.

This is the state my lawn has been left in by Massey. After repeated request for service and lawn repair - no one would come to the property or even return phone calls. I was a monthly lawn care customer who paid $125 a month for service which was supposed to cover turf replacement for insect damage. These pictures were taken the day I cancelled my account. After escalating this to the “GM” who still has not contacted me more than three weeks after cancelling. Account # 8319299
