My neighborhood requires my lawn to be weed free. Massey killed my grass, increased the weeds and kept it that way for a year, yes, a full 12 months. I called and called and texted and emailed. I called to cancel and asked for a refund - I didn’t get one. Finally, a rep apologized and said they would make it right and they did not. I’ve called around to a lot of pest control services in this area and so far Massey’s have been the best for when it comes to price and quality of service. The sales rep Haley has been a big help for us. She also helped my mom property as well. I would definitely recommend Massey’s if you guys need Pest Control.
Do not use these guys! They told us Money Back Guaranteed if it did not work! They Sprayed 2 times still had spiders & ants! They have no idea what they were doing they will steal your money and run! The money back guarantee is nothing buy lies!
If you are in Panama City FL they give horrible service. I called in to get my annual traps checked 3 months prior to the 1 year mark. Reason being I have difficult time getting time off work. However, I was going to have a day off this week. I schedule the appointment. 5 min later the manager calls back and canceled my appointment refusing to come out until May. I hate writing negative reviews but in the case of Massey Services I have no options. The Massey door to door sales rep stopped by our home in Panama City Beach (even though there is a sign at the entrance to our subdivision that clearly states “No Solicitation Allowed”. ) I listened to his sales pitch and all the promises he made.
