I have been a customer of Massey's for many years; lawn maintenance, pest control and most recently irrigation. I have been very pleased with their service until recently when there was a bad situation with my irrigation. However, I must say that not only did Massey take responsibility and fixed the problem at no extra cost to me immediately, they also followed up the following week to make sure that the system was running properly and the new grass plugs were getting sufficient water. The regional manager came to my house to review what services were required to upgrade and to maintain our sprinkler system. He also provided great advice on the landscaping services would be best for our property. Also, the landscaping team came out yesterday. Their attention to detail in evaluating and treating our grass, shrubs and trees was outstanding.
