They are terrific at getting you to sign up for one of their lawn maintenance plans. They are terrific at showing up unannounced, with no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell, to provide contracted services without anyone knowing they are there. They are also terrific at not responding to service requests or problems with the services they are providing.
We engaged Massey after re-sodding and they have all but killed off our new grass. I intervened when the technician was unaware that it was new sod, but I am guessing more miscommunication happened. I pointed out again to a tech how bad things were looking - he agreed and said they would get back to us. Never happened. I cannot recommend using this company. See before and after below. You'd think we paid them to destroy the grass. Pretty unacceptable.
Massey Services is declining in reputation, their service is not showing any improvement, their service tech has a non committal attitude, when approached, he says : " I'll see what I can do". He should say; I WILL GET IT DONE! Have some respect for the customer, after all, it is because of our home that Massey Services has picked up extra business in our neighborhood. Also, their website is very confusing .. they should make it easier, not more difficult each month when I go to pay on time, many times early.
Can not say enough great things about this company. We have had them about 3 years. We recently moved and transferred our service to our new home. It was such an easy process from customer service in the phone until service at our new home which was th very next day! The General Manager Jason came out himself.
