We engaged Massey after re-sodding and they have all but killed off our new grass. I intervened when the technician was unaware that it was new sod, but I am guessing more miscommunication happened. I pointed out again to a tech how bad things were looking - he agreed and said they would get back to us. Never happened. I cannot recommend using this company. See before and after below. You'd think we paid them to destroy the grass. Pretty unacceptable.
Chris Mahoney has always provided me with excellent service and advice. I really appreciate his listening to me when I show him areas of concern in my lawn and giving me good advice and attention. He has always been very reliable and helpful. I highly recommend him to you for his excellent service to me and would like you to know that in his record when he is considered for promotional benefits. I appreciate him.
Mike I want share with you how well I’m satisfied with your technician’s work on Tuesday with the irrigation system. He did a fine job as I have expected. Not like the previous technicians would show up turn on the system walk around and look and fill out the as though everything is fine and I know it was not Mike please schedule this technician for all my irrigation appointments
Edit: (Please see below for former 1 star rating). I am pleased to say that Massey worked with me on this issue. They reassigned me a new lawn tech, Chris, and he has been AWESOME! He does a thorough and honest job. Shout out to him for being an awesome employee. My lawn has looked much better since he started servicing it and it is slowly coming back into shape. I strongly advise against using Massey Lawn Care. I canceled my service on March 3rd after speaking with multiple customer service representatives, and yet I was still charged for a service dated March 31st. This is not only unacceptable—it's borderline fraudulent. It’s clear this company participates in the illegal practice of continuing service and billing after cancellation, despite verbal confirmations.
