Massey has more excuses than any other company I know. We have had them out here numerous times. We have a full contract with them to provide lawn care service. We have had weeds, crabgrass, mushrooms, fungus, chinch bugs. Massey is NOT on top of ANYTHING. Additionally we have had supervisors out here and nothing is EVER resolved. Spent over 1,000 to have brand new sod laid in a worn out area. Within 6 months after numerous phone calls Massey just shrugs and says they can't do anything to control issues.
Unbelievable service. My side yard was covered in dollar weed and our service technician, Chris, got rid of it entirely. Chris is a great representative for Massey. He is able to answer any questions I have had. Great service. Fantastic investment for my yard.
Our service guy Chris is great! I have had a couple of companies but Massey has great customer service and my loan looks good.
