Can not say enough great things about this company. We have had them about 3 years. We recently moved and transferred our service to our new home. It was such an easy process from customer service in the phone until service at our new home which was th very next day! The General Manager Jason came out himself. He was personable and understood our needs. He didn’t try to upsell us at all. He found a coupon for us without asking. We engaged Massey after re-sodding and they have all but killed off our new grass. I intervened when the technician was unaware that it was new sod, but I am guessing more miscommunication happened. I pointed out again to a tech how bad things were looking - he agreed and said they would get back to us. Never happened. I cannot recommend using this company. See before and after below. You'd think we paid them to destroy the grass. Pretty unacceptable.

We have been on their service plan for two years and it is the worst. My lawn is dead because our system has been waiting for repairs for three months! The manager promises to personally see that it is fixed but never calls back. This has happened three times in the last year, they come out for the regular inspection, find broken heads and then never return to fix them. It takes repeated calls to get them to follow up. Update on 9/12/25: The service manager Mike reached out and came out personally to correct the problem with my irrigation. He was professional, explained everything to me, and personally fixed the issue. I had a problem with my irrigation and had Massey change a valve for one of my zones. They did a good job with that, so I decided to sign up for their quarterly irrigation service plan. Massey has more excuses than any other company I know. We have had them out here numerous times. We have a full contract with them to provide lawn care service. We have had weeds, crabgrass, mushrooms, fungus, chinch bugs. Massey is NOT on top of ANYTHING. Additionally we have had supervisors out here and nothing is EVER resolved. Spent over 1,000 to have brand new sod laid in a worn out area. Within 6 months after numerous phone calls Massey just shrugs and says they can't do anything to control issues.
