5 stars for the excellent service tech, Eric Bryant. He was prompt, friendly, professional, honest and quick. He took the time to answer all my questions about my irrigation system and even explained a few technical things I wouldn't have known otherwise. It was a pretty routine reroute of a sprinkler head and a full system checkup, but I greatly appreciated him not wasting my time, his time or the company's time. The world needs more Erics!
I have had Massey for over 25 years. At one point they were taking care of three of my houses. They always did a very acceptable job. Then last year’s chinch bug infestation occurred. All I got was excuses. After a year of tangling they did come thru mainly due to the local NSB manager and head tech. They have improved significantly and respond very quickly to my calls. We had an issue with our a weed treatment for our yard. Long story, short version. The manager, Tony, came to our yard twice and gave us his plan to fix the problem. He was courteous, polite and very professional. Job well done That was 5 months ago. Other than Massey placing about 30 plugs, nothing has happened. Tony is gone. New manager, Tom, reached out and stated he was going to make sure everyone was repaired. That was October. Now a regional manager (Jeff) is involved. More promises. We are having an issue. General manager just came out and agreed they will put plugs in our dead lawn. I had hoped for new sod!
Tyler and Chris offer exceptional customer service. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to answer questions and provide additional information, even though it is not required.
