Extremely pleased with my Massey Service. My yard has never looked better! I was so happy with the landscape services that I called them to take a look at my irrigation system. Russell P. came out the very next day and walked me through all the problems with my sprinklers and he even found a cracked pipe. The yearly service with repair quote was incredibly reasonable. For anyone on the fence so to speak, I highly recommend this service. Job well done Russell!

Russell is wonderful representative of Massey. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and made me feel valued. I had only set up a meeting for pest service, when i really meant to set it up for pests and termites. Despite my mistake, Russell took the time to do both and was understanding. He also called in advance of arriving because his earlier appointment allowed him to fit me in before the scheduled appointment. We are very early days with Massey, but thus far, service has been top notch. Everyone we have dealt with including Russell our account rep have been kind, punctual, and courteous. Don the regular lawn guy is also very professional, and was my first contact with Massey when he was servicing a neighbor’s yard. I had a nice chat with Justin our pest guy, who was very thorough when he did the first spray in our house (successive services will be outside only I hope!). Massey Services has helped me get my irrigation system in tip top shape. I've been working with Russ Potts who did a great job assessing my sprinkler needs. His goal is total satisfaction. If you are not happy the way your irrigation system is working, call Russ and he'll be happy to help you. I highly recommend.

Russell arrived to do my quarterly irrigation assessment. He was professional, friendly and communicated well. As usual, I needed some minor repairs to damaged sprinkler heads. He offered to fix them on the spot, rather than having me wait for an additional repair appointment which would have delayed optimal irrigation on my property. I appreciated the autonomy he had to work smart! Thank you!
