AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If you want to work with a company who no shows after appointments are made, doesn't give you updates, and just does not care for your business, Massey is for you. Scheduled multiple appointments with them and had multiple occurrences of no shows with no update or anything. When you call the office, the people working there are more clueless than educated. Your lawn can look like mine too Just hire Massey. I pay $75.00 every 3 months for irrigation maintenance. Waited 3 1/2 weeks for sprinkler system to be repaired. Simple fix the actuator was faulty. They just twisted wires together. I had more weeds after hiring them to weed and feed. I have monthly service.
Terrible customer service. I scheduled an inspection as a new customer and no one showed up—no confirmation, no call, nothing. I had to follow up multiple times just to speak to someone. When I finally made another appointment and called to confirm, I got bounced around between employees, and no one could even find my info in the system. Not a single apology for the inconvenience. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I would not trust them with my home or money. Avoid this company.
I have found that Massey is the most professional company that follows through with their commitment to completing the work for which they’ve been hired. I use them for every service they offer. All my pests are gone, just started the weed control, and have been using their irrigation monitoring and maintenance. Their reps are very friendly and they follow through. I truly highly recommend them.
I wanted to bring attention the extraordinary service received from Irrigation & General Manager, Justin Stevens. He has gone out of his way to service my system several times. Recently Justin has gone above & beyond to rectify severe water leak issues. Not only is he a professional he’s just a nice guy. Justin is by far the best manager you have had.
