I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Since June, I noticed small patches of yellowing grass in my front yard. I assumed the technicians would notice and address the issue, but they never did. By July, large areas of grass had completely died. During their routine visits, the technicians never contacted us, and we never had the chance to speak with them. I’ve used their services for a year. They started off great but quickly went downhill. They skipped my service one month without any explanation why. They have completely destroyed my lawn to the point where I will now have to resod the entire area. I’ve emailed the general manager twice with no response. I’ve done all the things the techs have told me to do and it’s the same song and dance each time they come out. Save your money and find a better company!

**Update 12/3** No response still from corporate. Shows they could care less once you paid them for poor service. Don't even think about contacting them for weed control. Terrible business at the corporate and local business level. **Update 8/6** Still no response from corporate. Not surprised based on my past experience. **Update 7/20** No reply from corporate after a week when giving extra details here to the responder via email. They came and did service on a Saturday unexpectedly. And I had a dog door up so my dog can have access to the backyard when I came home I saw there was a sign that they serviced the yard and I couldn't believe that he treated the backyard very easy with my dog being loose. So I sent an email complained and they said they would forward it to the proper person and that person reached out and asked when they could come retreat my back lawn. I’ve been a Massey customer for two years now. They tricked me into having them install new sod in my front yard with a promise of a lifetime guarantee on the sod. As you can see from the photos, my lawn is dying. A fungus is spreading throughout my entire lawn, and I have been complaining about it for months. When I called corporate to complain and tell them to replace my lawn, they claim to have no knowledge of any type of lifetime guarantee on sod. Every week I lose more of my lawn.
