Had sprinkler services completed by the technician AJ. He did a great job explaining what needed to change and why. He provided different options for me to select from he had lots of patience through the process. He also completed the work in a timely manner. Outstanding tech! Will request him each time!
AJ at Massey is single-handedly responsible for keeping my grass alive. Our sprinkler heads get broken and valves fail over time. He knows his stuff, he's honest, and he's irreplaceable.
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Since June, I noticed small patches of yellowing grass in my front yard. I assumed the technicians would notice and address the issue, but they never did. By July, large areas of grass had completely died. During their routine visits, the technicians never contacted us, and we never had the chance to speak with them.
