I’ve been a Massey customer for two years now. They tricked me into having them install new sod in my front yard with a promise of a lifetime guarantee on the sod. As you can see from the photos, my lawn is dying. A fungus is spreading throughout my entire lawn, and I have been complaining about it for months. David Steese from Massey Services did some work on our irrigation system. I want to give a shout out to him. He was professional, knowledgeable , and an all around pleasant person. I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was. He gets a 10 out of 10 from me for the outstanding customer service.

When I hired Massey my lawn was in a much better state than it is now. There isn't an inspection done by a quality rep to check what can be done to help. There is a form letter sent with the invoice which apparently states the same info every month, but nothing is done with that info. I wish a quality control would look at that info and help to keep the lawn looking as good as it should be.

2 week update: (with pictures) Since my last review, we've had a technician come and tell us they'll get a plan in action to restore our lawn. Also, we've contacted the irrigation side to get our new valve cover out in since repairing it (separate incident). I personally spoke to the tech on Nov 29 and was told he'd be out the following week for the valve cover and provide a final invoice (for the separate incident).. Here we are Dec 10..
