RecommendedI've used Massey Services for years for my lawn and only had a few issues which were always addressed. In March I took the free irrigation inspection and signed up for the annual contract, which included monthly inspections and parts only for repairs. I paid $190 up front and then $90 a quarter. They replaced two sprinkler heads in April. One did not work so I had to call twice for service. It still didn't work (not popping up or putting out water). I’ve had Massey’s services for 15 years. They never do what they are paid to do. We have cameras. They know we have cameras and yet they still do not even go into our back yard to do treatments or anything else that is in our contract. I will be going with another company that will actually take care of my lawn.
