I will be the first to say that I do not usually give reviews however, in this case, I will give a review. Awful I called them and asked not to come before 8 am and they came back even earlier at 7:30 in a neighborhood where you can’t start until 8! I would give them 0 stars if I could .
Just had my initial consultation with Ray. He was so professional and knowledgeable, and went over and above what was expected from him!! Thank you so much Ray! Massey Irrigation Services - Great Customer Service from the beginning! Called customer service – very pleasant, knowledgeable of service requested and quick to get me on the schedule within a week time frame. The Irrigation Inspector, Abdiel, was on time and easy to speak with – very nice personality. He is knowledgeable of what was needed to move 2 of my irrigation rotation sprinklers and adjust the rotation of 2 other sprinklers. When we moved into our new home the sod had been placed in our yard about 3 weeks prior. Our grass looked like a calico cat-- splotches of different colors. Since using the Massey GreenUp service we now have a lush green yard. We have very few weeds, especially compared to our neighbors. We will continue with the service. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.
