We needed repairs to our sprinkler system after town contractors replaced all of our sidewalks. Aidan and Kevin arrived and were aware of the Massey inspection repair list and were prepared to tackle the issues. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and completed all of the repairs in one visit. They also demonstrated all of the sprinklers were in working order and we were very pleased with their work.

I switch from a small firm to Massey a couple years ago…Big mistake. My lawn has gone downhill ever since. I’ve talked to so many techs and nothing has changed, it’s horrible, the managers won’t even call me back. Take a look at the backyard and keep in mind it was perfect when I hired Massey a couple years ago, and it has looked like this since they took over 🤯🤦🏼‍♂️😔 I would have left a Zero Star review but that wasn’t an option, so we’ll go with 1.

I have been with Massey for over 20 years. My lawn has always looked amazing. I had an issue with the lawn for the first time and the General mgr, Steve stepped in and made sure the problem was resolved immediately. He agreed to follow up to make sure everything turned out ok. Thank you Steve, for your hard work and professionalism.

Our technician was Nelson Ribeiro. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to making sure our problem was corrected. He took time to explain things and answer any questions. Prior to yesterday’s appointment we had experienced some disappointments in the way our yard issues were addressed in other areas of Massey Services. Thanks to Nelson our faith in Massey as a company was restored. You should value him as a representative of your company..

Please save your time and energy and do not use this service. The customer service and quality is an absolute nightmare. When I finally couldn't handle it anymore, I tried to cancel. I was told that I could not cancel without speaking to a manager and that the manager would be calling me. Days went by and the manager never called. The lady who answers the phones is fantastic but the rest of the team does not follow up on what is promised.
