I switch from a small firm to Massey a couple years ago…Big mistake. My lawn has gone downhill ever since. I’ve talked to so many techs and nothing has changed, it’s horrible, the managers won’t even call me back. Take a look at the backyard and keep in mind it was perfect when I hired Massey a couple years ago, and it has looked like this since they took over 🤯🤦🏼‍♂️😔 I would have left a Zero Star review but that wasn’t an option, so we’ll go with 1.

Our technician was Nelson Ribeiro. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to making sure our problem was corrected. He took time to explain things and answer any questions. Prior to yesterday’s appointment we had experienced some disappointments in the way our yard issues were addressed in other areas of Massey Services. Thanks to Nelson our faith in Massey as a company was restored. You should value him as a representative of your company..

Please save your time and energy and do not use this service. The customer service and quality is an absolute nightmare. When I finally couldn't handle it anymore, I tried to cancel. I was told that I could not cancel without speaking to a manager and that the manager would be calling me. Days went by and the manager never called. The lady who answers the phones is fantastic but the rest of the team does not follow up on what is promised.

Had new sod put down in March 2024 and started having it treated by Massey right after. I followed watering recommendations from the tech to ensure the grass would take root and flourish the best it could. I recently cancelled the service because my yard is dead now. They let it get completely taken over by weeds. After several calls to address and multiple attempts to spray, they got control of the weeds. Massey services is the best. My lawn irrigation system sprung a leak under the brick walkway. Nelson, a service manager in irrigation worked diligently to find the leak, which ended up being 2 leaks on the same pipe. Nelson removed the bricks, dug out the area, replaced pipe and sprinkler head, filled the large area and replaced the bricks. What a worker! Professional and pleasant and very competent. I highly recommend Massey Services! Looks and works better than ever!
