We needed repairs to our sprinkler system after town contractors replaced all of our sidewalks. Aidan and Kevin arrived and were aware of the Massey inspection repair list and were prepared to tackle the issues. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and completed all of the repairs in one visit. They also demonstrated all of the sprinklers were in working order and we were very pleased with their work.
I switch from a small firm to Massey a couple years ago…Big mistake. My lawn has gone downhill ever since. I’ve talked to so many techs and nothing has changed, it’s horrible, the managers won’t even call me back. Take a look at the backyard and keep in mind it was perfect when I hired Massey a couple years ago, and it has looked like this since they took over 🤯🤦🏼♂️😔 I would have left a Zero Star review but that wasn’t an option, so we’ll go with 1.
I want to express my gratitude to the Massey team for such a great professional experience. Christian Flores and his team, the exterminator, did not catch his name, were wonderful and I would recommend their services to anyone having pest control issues. Thanks again!!!!
I have been with Massey for over 20 years. My lawn has always looked amazing. I had an issue with the lawn for the first time and the General mgr, Steve stepped in and made sure the problem was resolved immediately. He agreed to follow up to make sure everything turned out ok. Thank you Steve, for your hard work and professionalism.
On April 2025 my lawn had dry areas and paid 1K to add irrigation, compost and zoysia plugs. The irrigation system 2 of 3 were not needed a lower pressure. Ten months later got few plugs missing areas and 12 months compost has not been delivered. I have called multiple times and ignored until last were a tech looked into it and noticed it was not delivered, now after 12 months I am on the waiting list, I should had jumped everyone.
