Massey Services salesman M. Rogers promised the world 12/22 but they never complete what is paid for. 1/10 Termite treatment in attic killed my cat within an hour of treatment. Technician has never come out to add bait stations in front of detached garage. . 1/22-1/23 Sprinkler repairman left before finishing the job, left sprinkler timer off, and after 5 weeks has never returned to finish the expensive repair. We live in The Villages Fl. And pay annually for landscape and insect maintenance. Our flower beds are overgrown and not edged, weedeating was incomplete, insects area abundant outside and getting inside our home, shrubs are dying and not trimmed. Massey used to do a great job and reception personnel are friendly but we have called 5 times in 2 weeks to no avail. Unfortunately their service has changed and are forcing us to find a new landscape company.
